  Wonderful seller with great prices. Shipped promptly however the box was stuck in usps limbo for a bit. Seller quickly contacted post office & got it moving along. Nuts were nicely packaged and the hickory nuts are clean, fresh & fantastic tasting. I would definitely recommend this seller & will buy from again.

  Very bad experience with this seller when I reached out to her to let her know my as advertised live plants came in dead and dried out she begun to tell me that they were just wilted even though the picture i sent clearly shows they are dead then begun to bash me claiming that I just want a refund for the item very bad business very disrespectful and hostile behavior when all I said was these plants didn't survive what's our next step to make this right I was willing to work with the seller

  We are very sorry we have changed our shipping methods we ship with different matterials now and in better boxes to provide the upmost care and to ensure the plants make it alive.   The 4 plants that I received on 5/18/25 were all dead and had with crispy leaves. I immediately, sent a missive to the Crewsfarms to inform them and to ask for replacements. I was sent a response from Crewsfarms stating they would send replacements with a new packaging method and stating the replacement plants would be packaged differently. Today is 5/26/25 and nothing has been delivered to my address. I am extremely dissatisfied and plan to dispute the charge on my credit card.

  The plants are not dead—they are dormant, as clearly stated in our listing. We also advise buyers to prepare for weather conditions before purchasing. We package professionally with proof and have many satisfied customers. This one negative does not reflect the overall quality of our service.

  Alert..my plant was dead when it arrived. I contacted seller and was told I'd get a replacement. When it didnt come i connected again and was told they are not liable or responsible of their plants arriving damaged or dead. Dont do business with them. Thankful only lost $20.00.

  Due to national heat advisory as well as a warning to not order if your temp is higher than 90 plus degrees. Factory our out of our hands there is options to pay extra for faster shipping
