The first shipment arrived broken again and the seller handled the refund right away without delay, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, he had no more left of the same item, so I wasn't able to get a replacement. Only minor issue was having to ask certain things more than once to get an answer, but again overall, I would definitely work with this seller again!
