The product received in 1-2 days after order isssued. I purchased a 3 x 5 m Vinyl flooring and the size is good fit with 2-5 cm longer. Concerning the product condition, it is firm and kept in good shape. Although there are few defect at the edge but it can be trimmed. When I reported this to the seller, they response me promptly and sincerely. Finally, the minor problem solved effectively.

First delivery driver couldn’t find address and didn’t ring. Rang company two days later as it still hadn’t arrived. Gave directions and arrived on time at second delivery. A little annoyed the company didn’t contact me to say the driver couldn’t find the house and rearrange delivery. Apart from that, customer service were lovely.
