Sold as "open box" for about half the regular price. This is an excellent machine that is easily worth its regular price. Received a brand-new, shipping was fast. I read instructions, and plugged it in. I ran some water thru it as instructed then brewed a cuppa. The machine has a high-end feature that went largely unadvertised: the cup warmer works even when the machine is off. Turn it on and it heats up to brewing temperature about as fast as I can pack the portafilter!

At first I thought the machine was a dud because it wouldn’t expel water when I tried running it through a cycle, but did some troubleshooting and found that it’s common for machines to have air trapped in the line, so I ran it through the steam wand for about thirty seconds, and voila! I am new to making espresso so I can’t provide a more in-depth review, but so far it seems to work!

Ordered a lot from this seller and this has been the only item that came not as described. It was suppose to be new but was an open box with some (not original) tape on it and missing a piece. But we made it work, so I didn’t contact the seller. Every other order I have gotten from them has been great. All ship fast and prices are very good. Will definitely order again. I think they likely had an open box item and a new one and I was sent the open box instead of the new one accidentally.

Item was listed as open box (excellent, new condition with no wear), however, the floor lamp I received had been put together, only taken apart enough to fit in box and there were some scratches and a stripped screw. There was no packaging to secure in box and lampshade was slightly damaged. Did not contact seller, damages were minor and it was a great deal.
