When going for a round of paintball, don't settle for a generic marker or the generic game it will produce. The Tippmann Project Salvo Paintball Marker is as tough and durable as it looks. Constructed with an all-aluminum receiver, it has the sleek look of a legitimate Army weapon. This paintball sniper gun comes complete with Tippmann's inline bolt system as well as four Picatinny rails on the top and sides of the gun. Project Salvo is the name of an Army program from the 1950s that eventually led to the design of the AR-15, and this Tippmann device is named after it. While the beginner or serious paintball player may not be shooting this marker for the Army, they can still take advantage of the military style it is designed after. Take advantage of the 11-inch ported barrel, which provides less noise as well as improves efficiency due to reduced air pressure. The Tippmann Project Salvo paintball gun also features magazine storage for easy access. The magazine actually doubles as storage for your tools and other accessories, saving space and allowing for quick movements and actions while on the fly. The Picatinny rails on the Project Salvo gun's barrel provides easy access to your paintball necessities. As a bonus feature, they are able to be customized. The Tippmann Project Salvo paintball marker features a shroud designed in the same style as an AR-15 and Army M-16. This intimidating stock has 6-position folding and is able to collapse, making it portable and easy to carry wherever your next match takes you. The ported barrel also has 11 threads for even higher performance. The sights on both the rear and the front of the paintball marker are adjustable as well as able to be removed. The blowback system inside the barrel provides proven performance and higher speed shots. The receiver in this Tippmann Project Salvo will provide levels of durability and reliability. Just like Army weapons, it will hold up to intense battles. While these accessories were designed for the beginner or intermediate paintballer, it can easily be used by an advanced player with some compatible upgrades. The Tippmann gun is compatible with accessories such as a custom response trigger as well as a flatline barrel. The gas line will not rust or break as it is made with stainless steel. The feeder elbow of the Tippmann Salvo gun is designed for quick release, providing fast and simple maintenance. This semi-automatic paintball gun is compatible with both CO2 and HPA accessories, providing flexibility and versatility for a variety of applications. It uses an operating pressure of 800 PSI. The barrel of this Tippmann gun is 9 inches, and the full length of the gun is 31 inches. great gun. but splat balls even before coming out of the barrel. (on both apex2 and stock barrel) i had to use lub every game and squeegee during every 20 rounds. but dont get me wrong when it shot good it shot good!. also seller could of at least cleaned the inside of the gun up at least before selling. it was full of gunk and tons of old and new paint. over all it was an okay gun.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
