When the ultrasonic transducer and the driver board were delivered the packaging was in good condition. Unfortunately, the driver board was damaged and did not work. I contacted the vendor and sent pictures of the damage. The vendor immediately replied. I asked for a replacement which they sent as soon as the Chinese New Year celebration was over.
