This heater mounting plate is supposed to make heater installation safer. However, the one I received had a badly distorted mounting plate which actually makes it more difficult to achieve an airtight seal, and ensure carbon monoxide stays outside. I brought this to attention of seller who's response was "Only sold hundreds of these, you have been issued a refund, please go and purchase elsewhere!!!".

Had nothing but an issue with this buyer , firstly complaining about delivery which was rectified, then complaining about the part which he has not offered to return , the best way to resolve this matter was to offer a full refund which has been issued.
