Really nice units, just the thing for heating/cooling my small office year round. Installation was easy with only a few additional components (electrical wire/beauty track etc) needing to be sourced locally. Had the first up and running literally overnight. So far its doing great and keeping us from running the propane furnace. Included line set is fairly short,something to think about depending where you have to put the outside unit. suggest you check out you tube for plenty of install videos.
