Received product as promised. Unpacked and put gas in to put it to work. The gas ran all over the shop as the tank was damaged . There was a split in it and the valve was broken to shut it off. I called the number on the enclosed paperwork and they told me to send pictures and they would send me a new tank and valve. It arrived approx 1 week later and we installed it. It started up and ran fine .....but only put out 1/2 of the voltage it should of. I called the company again and they told me the voltage regulator was probably bad and said they would send a new one. I feel this unit was never ran or tested. It was sold as "refurbished" but feel it was never checked over or these obvious issues would have been fixed. Never againVerified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished
