Well made but not my cup of tea. I should return it but never do on mail orders.
I It takes for ever to clean. You have to move a lot of stuff, make sure no wires on floor, It doesn't pick up every thing and you still have to use a broom to get missing spots. As far as the wet part goes. That is a waste of the extra money you have to pay. I still have to mop. The wet pad is way too small and not efficient. Its not faster or better than the old fashion way but it will do the job if you have a lot of time to wait. The machine itself is sturdy and well made.But can't be left unsupervised. You have to be sure it doesn't get stuck.I probably should have gotten the cheaper one. My grand daughter talked me into getting product.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Extremely helpful but not a 100% solution
So far all I had to do was plug it in and connect the app - Euphy mapped my home and did a pretty good job... it doesnt seem too noisy (which was one of the reasons I got it). It mapped my apartment without me having to do anything much. It didnt seem to be able to pick up dirt near a carpet, so it pushed little bits of dirt along the edge of the carpet.
