The only difficulty was FedEx Shipping which is very unreliable in Kansas presently. The computer was new as advertised. I found this to be the least expensive of any that I could find in my research. The appearance was great. There was a tear in the outer shipping box from FedEx, however the internal contents were not damaged. FedEx was contacted by the Merchant and this seemed to be the only method to get the package.
