They're comfortable, they sound great, they fold up well (something missing on the newer version), are easy to setup, and the ANC works very well. I wore them for a few hours and had no issues in terms of sound quality, reliability of the BT connection, or anything at all. The only learning curve was figuring out how the touch controls work. Real buttons would be better but touch works fine.
