The chest of drawers were reassuringly well insulated with careful packing to avoid any damage during transport.   Arrived as arranged, delivered by two helpful guys who were polite and friendly and respectful of my home. The love seat is great, it is in fantastic condition, it looks brand new. It came boxed and with the booklet. It is great for the environment to buy reconditioned furniture as well as it being cheaper.   Sofa was as new couldn't find any marks or scuffs as in the listing description (grade b) was also well packaged as new. Delivery was OK 3rd time slot in the end with the delivery company did change on the day which was not ideal but arrived safely in the end. Great company to buy from saving small fortune from RRP and would happily buy from them again. Good communication from start to finish. Many thanks
