Item was received as described. The only reason I dropped a star is because of the small box in which it was packaged. One would expect an item of this price to be packaged in the appropriate sized box. Handbag was pressed down and squeezed in box. I thought I would have to return. However, after allowing it to sit outside the box for a few days it reconfigured itself back to its original size. Glad to have this bag in my possession.
