If the item arrives new but broken, I shouldn't have to repackage it and pay to ship it back in order to get back the money I paid for the item that was advertised to be brand new and functional, but arrived broken and unable to be used. There is no good reason to re-send a broken hard drive through the post.Try a different seller or brand!
