    The meter arrived in apparently good condition but the operating instructions were in Chinese. I don't read or speak Chinese and as the meter cost over $200 I should have the English instructions so that I may operate the meter correctly. I have advised the seller that they should supply the English instructions or I will return the meter to them as the product is not suitable for the purpose for which it was intended.

    Let down by the information manual.
