As far as the product- This is the first Mac I have owned personally, for $500 it's unbelieve how well this little thing performs while producing 10% of the heat my Windows machine produced, keeping my space cool. Very happy customer here!

I’ll return it.” My win, their loss. My only gripe is that the box was shipped with the original iMac box. And not sealed in a secondary box to hide the fact an iMac was being shipped. Still required to sign for it. But it would’ve been nice if it was sealed in another box. Battery condition was 100% as advertised. Seller gave a great deal , especially for quality of the laptop. Very happy with my purchase , will be recommending seller to everyone :)
