They arrived in a plain box with all of the accessories included. The headset was in absolutely perfect condition. If they were used, I can't tell it. Had them up and running in about 5 minutes. Sound clarity is incredible people in my party sounded like they were in the next room. These sound about 50x times better then the A50's I tried.
