This seller is the best to deal with !!! The fish arrived healthy and almost identical to the picture. I am very pleased with the purchase and will look here first for any future purchases !!! They were shipped very professionally. Each fish was bagged separately inside a styrofoam box with a heat pack. They are still coloring up and already look great. Messages were answered quickly and they were a pleasure to deal with !!!

I never received my package. This was not the sellers fault. It arrived in my town but UPS just never delivered it. I told the seller about it and he refunded me the total amount paid. They didn't have to do that because they did everything that was expected from them. Excellent communication and customer service. Very honest seller and I highly recommend them. Excellent seller who knows how to pack and ship livestock. Not just shoving a item in a box with no packing material and then pointing fingers if it goes badly. No problems with default shipping speed no upgrade required. I would like to see a option to place heat/ice pack in for a nominal cost.

Your shipping speed wasn't standard. Your shipping speed was Next Day Air Early because we knew its freezing cold out there and we did upgraded for you to prevent DOA claims or bad to see them arrive dead
