Next, they directed me to buy it off their website—total disappointment and against ebay policy! The item I purchased is still for sale on ebay at the same price. When I inquired why the item could not be shipped to me if they still had it for sale, I received a rude response. They refunded me, but all in all a terrible experience.

    Best Hot Air Station for the price!

    I just make sure that Quick 861DW work well llast long time but how long it is warranty? - You can make sure air flow control button at turning 0 is No air coming out or nothing , quietly. I’ m always trouble with this problem .. so can you make sure it for me? Thank you
