Great purchase!
This was a great purchase. There are few scratches on the plastic, but that is the only way one can tell this product wasn’t brand new. Otherwise this product makes my life much easier — no cords wrapped around, no unplugging and plugging in from room to room or between floors. I absolutely love how easy it is to use it. Powerful vacuum
This refurbished vacuum arrived in like-new condition. I wouldn't have known it was refurbished had I not been told. I'm a fan of Dyson products, and this one works as expected. Very powerful suction. Even easier to empty and clean than my old Dyson cordless vac. The user guide says the run time is about 20 minutes on regular suction, and 5 minutes on max. I would have given 4.5 stars, if I could, because I love the product, I just wish it would run about 5 minutes longer in each mode. Great experience ordering this refurbished dyson. It looks like new and works great but I saved a few pennies and it didn't end in in landfill. Its light and works great on carpet and hardwood floors (just make sure to use the right tools,) Its so easy to change the heads and can do our whole apartment on S single charge.
