Contained everything as described- lots of attachments and 2 different sweeping heads. Our home is 98% wood floors so this will be our “daily” vac for dusting the pet hair and daily dirt. This style dust cup is new to us, as this was a big upgrade from our 2016 V8 - but this better battery life is great!

    Refurbished equals Brand New

    We now have three of the Dyson V10's . We have one on each level of our home. We have two dogs and a cat so we are always vacuuming up dust bunnies. The suction is great (we used to have a Dyson V7, but upgraded because it wore out (Over 10 years old). Our Dyson was bought refurbished and it came looking brand new.

    Used, Not Refurbished

    Item was used, not refurbished. Noticeable wear on plastic covers on both brush rolls. Obvious wear on bottom of bristle brush roller. Dirt bin release was very stiff and difficult to release. Item was returned the same day.

    Dyson V10 — great vacuum

    Coolest vac ever! Lightweight & easy to use. Picks up dog hair with ease. Has surprisingly great suction and long run time when charged. Each part is quite sturdy, durable. Highly recommend this vacuum!

    Wouldn't buy it again.

    It vacuums reasonably well but emptying the debris is somewhat difficult. If you don't unlock the cylinder and pus just right, it binds up. I can see the lock mechanism breaking after a few months use. Also, battery technology needs improvement. Unsure about 45 minutes off and on then needs a charge which takes 3 hours to complete.
