Availability

All goods are subject to availability. The format of our invoice and statements to you will solely be dictated by us.

All delivery charges are clearly displayed on the basket stage of your order. These carriage charges are based on standard UK Mainland deliveries using our economy delivery schedule. For countries/regions that do not appear as a shippable area please call or email for a quotation.

Manufacturer's Warranties & Guarantees

If you are a trade customer, we shall have no liability to compensate you (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise), other than any refund we make under these Terms and Conditions or otherwise at our discretion.

Without prejudice to clause 9.2, if you are a trade customer, we shall not be liable to you (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise) for any: (i) loss or profits, business, contracts, goodwill, business opportunity and other similar losses, or any business interruption; or (ii) indirect or consequential loss, neither will we be liable to you for any other loss which is not a foreseeable consequence of us being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or our legal duties.

If you are a trade customer, you acknowledge and agree that these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire and only agreement between us

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to affect your legal rights if you are a consumer, nor is it intended to exclude or limit our liability to you for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or for any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded as a matter of applicable law.

Goods are intended for use in the UK only and we cannot confirm that the goods comply with any laws, regulations or other standards applicable outside the UK. All goods are sold in accordance with the manufacturers specifications and are subject to any qualifications, representations or instructions contained in the documentation associated with the goods.

If you are a trade customer and subject to clause 9.5, we will not be responsible to you or, in the event that you are undertaking work for another person, to any other person, for the use or installation of any goods by you. Accordingly, if you are a trade customer, you hereby agree to hold us harmless from and indemnify us against any liability associated with, any claim or allegation that we are responsible for any failings in the installation or use of goods that we supply.

Age Requirements for Specific Goods

Where you place an order for or otherwise purchase age-restricted goods such as solvents, axes, knives and knife blades you confirm that you are over the age of 18 and that (where applicable) delivery will be accepted by a person over the age of 18. Termination

Disposal of Electrical and Electronic Equipment

The WEEE regulations (January 2013) ensure that the amount of waste on certain electrical and electronic equipment is reduced, separated from household waste, collected separately and ultimately disposed of in a sound environmental manner (recycled and recovered). If you are a trade customer, you agree that the collection, recovery/treatment and disposal of non-household Electrical or Electronic Equipment purchased from us will be your responsibility. In the case of household waste, please take this waste to your nearest Designated Collection Facility (DCF) where special facilities exist for correct disposal. Decent treadmill
Decent little treadmill - doesn’t take up too much space so great for our conservatory. We only need something basic and this has all the features we could want as none of us are serious runners. Excellent service from the company who delivered it themselves as we are only down the road and even set it up and took the packaging away to recycle.

A bit like a toy after my last treadmill so a lot easier to move as it is so light. Seems to be ok for my needs though as I just use it for what people call 'power walking' Shame it is kilometres only. Not for the serious runner..

A little gem
This is a smallish treadmill ideal for home, it was easy to assemble and we soon had it up and running. It has a good range of inbuilt workouts and speeds shown on a very clear screen. I like the 3/4/5 button this is used for an immediate adjustment of speed without using the the normal speed adjuster. It is easy to move and fold. Of course it is not a strong as the ones you would find in a gym but these cost a large amount. I would like to do a long term review on how it lasts. The only VERY MINOR complaint I could have is that I would like more adjustment on the incline.This is a smallish treadmill ideal for home, it was easy to assemble and we soon had it up and running. Good Purchase
Great value for money, easy to assemble and feels like I am using a treadmill at the gym. Being able to connect music as you are running is an added bonus. Only slight issue is the handgrip with metal finishing which seems to give a slight static shock when first using the machine, so worth while to rub hands on the metal part to reduce the electrons (which are common when its cold) so there isn't a sharp shock when measuring you heart rate when placing hands on the grip of the machine. The treadmill running board is not very wide and takes a little time to get used too, does everything you need from a treadmill and I like being able to play my ipod though the built-in speaker. Good value for the price paid.
