They claimed it was "certified refurbished," "cleaned by expert refurbishers," and had an 80 minute battery life. The item arrived with torn internal packaging, crumbs and pet hair on product stickers and the item, and a battery life around 30-35 minutes. Their proposed resolution ($5 refund - 7.5% of purchase price) is woeful compared to most reputable sellers.
